Archer High School is a new high school opening in August 2009 in Gwinnett County. The school, named after beloved coach and longtime Gwinnett teacher Benjamin Vernon Archer, will anchor the Archer Cluster, which includes feeder schools McConnell Middle, Cooper Elementary, Harbins Elementary, and Lovin Elementary. Although the school is still under construction, a lot of work is underway to ensure the school has a successful opening.
