Uniform Reminder
This is just a reminder that the final payment for those who chose the two payment uniform option is due this Friday, October 23rd. Please make your $35 check payable to ACBC. Students who paid the full amount up front ($70) have no amount due at this time. If you are not sure of your payment status, please check with Mr. Ferguson.
Fundraiser/Dues
The chorus has many expenses, including:
$600 - $1500 Accompanists/Clinicians/Guest Musicians
$600 GMEA Dues and LGPE Fees
$250 All-State Director Accommodations
$500 - $1000 Music and Classroom Supplies
$100 Braves Game Bus Parking and Driver’s Tickets
$100 All-State Materials (Practice CD’s)
$200 - $400 Props, Materials, for Spring Show
$500 Financial Hardship Sponsorships
$500 - $800 501(c)3 Filing and Attorney’s Fees
$800 Program Printing Costs
$1000 Banquet Catering, Decorations, Custodial Fees, Awards
??? Miscellaneous needs as they arise
In order to cover these expenses, we are beginning a fundraiser this week. We’ll be selling frozen cheesecake and cookie dough items which will be delivered in November.
Some important things to remember when selling:
Ø Target parent’s co-workers, church friends, teachers, administrators, and other adults interested in supporting your musical endeavors!
Ø Do not go door-to-door (unless you know your neighbors and are supervised)
Ø Collect payment at the time of the order; cash or check (payable to ACBC)
Ø Gift Cards will be awarded to the highest sellers
Ø Your goal is to sell 10 items or more
Ø If you are not interested in participating in the fundraiser, you may turn in a check for $50 payable to ACBC instead (or you can do both!)
