Archer Parents:
All Archer students have access to free practice for the SAT. Seniors and juniors accessed the free practice on-line materials in November and the sophomores and freshmen have accessed their free practice on-line site in the last couple of weeks. Each student has their own password to practice on the College Board web site any time on any computer.
The SAT is not a required high school test, but can be used for college admission. Students seeking a four year college after high school graduation usually take an SAT in the junior year and perhaps a second attempt in the senior year. See a counselor for details.
We hope this free on-line service for all students is helpful in preparation for a future SAT. | |

We cannot grant you access until this form has been completely filled out and turned in to the front office. Your child's information is being updated nightly so you can keep informed.

Revised 2009-2010 School Calendar
Just a reminder that the school district amended its school calendar in October to include flood make-up days and additional snow make-up days.
- The second day missed earlier in the fall due to the flooding in the Atlanta area will be made up on March 15.
If these make-up days are not used, April 2 will be a holiday for students and staff and May 27 will be a required staff development day. - The school calendar has two remaining days designated as snow make-up days. Should the district need to close again for inclement weather those days would be made up on April 2 (snow make-up day #2) and May 27 (snow make-up day #3).
